RESPONSIBLE BUSINESS

Corporate social responsibility is a key and consistently developed aspect of Zakłady Metalowe DEZAMET S.A.’s identity. The company has implemented the “PGZ Group Human Rights Policy” and the “PGZ Group Anti-Corruption Policy.”


The purpose of implementing these policies is to strengthen ethical standards, operational transparency, and social responsibility in the organization’s day-to-day operations. These documents outline fundamental principles of conduct in areas related to respect for human rights, combating discrimination, ensuring a safe and dignified work environment, as well as preventing corruption and all forms of abuse.

 

The “PGZ Group Human Rights Policy” emphasizes the commitment to upholding universally recognized human rights, including respect for the dignity of employees, equal treatment, preventing workplace bullying, and ensuring safe working conditions.

 

In turn, the “PGZ Group Anti-Corruption Policy” sets out the principles for preventing, identifying, and responding to potential cases of corruption, conflicts of interest, and other irregularities that may violate the principles of integrity and transparency in operations.

 

The implementation of these policies is part of building an organizational culture based on responsibility, ethics, and compliance with applicable laws and PGZ Group standards.
