3. Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of making and fulfiling agreements, including specifying and pursuing mutual claims in the event of any, under Article 6(1)(b)(c) and (f) of the General Data Protection Regulation.
4. Your personal data will be released to:
- IT, auditing, consulting, organisational, postal and courier service providers under made agreements,
- legal or accounting service providers under made agreements,
- Polska Grupa Zbrojeniowa S.A. and entities with the right of owner supervision over the Controller,
- entities authorised to acquire personal data under the provisions of law.
5. Your personal data will be stored for the period necessary to make agreements and communicate in order to fulfil agreements and tax obligations as well as settle possible claims pursued by the parties to agreements.
6. You have the right to access, rectify, delete, restrict and transfer processing of your personal data as well as raise objections under the General Data Protection Regulation.
7. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, that is the Head of the Personal Data Protection Office, 00-193 Warszawa, ul. Stawki 2, if you believe that processing your personal data infringes the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation.
8. Providing your personal data is optional, however refusal to provide your personal data will preclude making and fulfiling an agreement.
